Our hygiene-first return window

Because our products are personal bathroom items, our returns policy protects the health and safety of all customers. Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Opened personal bathroom-use items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal bathroom-use items are not returnable unless they are defective. This includes bidet attachments, sprayers, toilet seats, seat risers, and any item where the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened. Please confirm fitment before opening your product.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund for the defective item, including any return shipping where applicable.

How to start a return

• Email support@a1plumbheat.shop with your order number and reason.
• We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
• Send eligible items back in their original, unopened packaging.
• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

• Opened personal bathroom-use items (unless defective).
• Items returned after the 14-day window.
• Items without proof of purchase.
