These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of a1plumbheat.shop and any purchase from A-1 SERVICE PLUMBING INC. (trading as A1plumbheat). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and intended use

We sell non-electric bidet attachments, toilet seat upgrades, flush conversion kits, repair kits, and bathroom comfort accessories. Our products are intended for self-installation on standard residential fixtures. We do not sell electronic or heated bidet seats, gas components, pressure-rated parts, or professional services.

Compatibility is your responsibility

Universal fittings are designed to suit common fixtures, but you must confirm thread size, seat shape, and installation compatibility before purchase and before opening the product. We are not responsible for products purchased that do not fit your specific fixture.

No professional or medical claims

A1plumbheat is a product retailer, not a licensed plumbing contractor. We do not provide installation, repair, or emergency plumbing services, and we make no contractor or service warranties. Raised seats and comfort accessories are convenience products only — they are not medical devices, not mobility aids, and not load-bearing supports, and must not be used as grab bars or weight-bearing supports.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
• We aim for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is processed by our payment provider.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy, including that opened personal bathroom-use items are not returnable unless defective.

Limitation of liability
